Candidates are urged to follow the mandatory steps outlined below to ensure their participation in the KLEE 2024 second phase of allotment. The last date to confirm the choices is December 15, 2024.
KLEE 2024: Option Confirmation is Mandatory
Candidates who wish to have their higher-order options considered in the second phase must confirm their online options by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available on the home page of the official CEE website. This applies to:
- Candidates already allotted and admitted in the first phase who wish to retain their higher-order options.
- Candidates who registered options in the first phase were not allotted seats.
Candidates can also modify their options by re-arranging or deleting existing options. However, failure to confirm options online within the stipulated timeframe will result in exclusion from the second phase of allotment.
KLEE 2024: Fresh Options For LLM Criminal Law
Eligible candidates can register new options for the LLM Criminal Law course at Al Ameen Law College, Kulappully, Shornur, Palakkad, a new addition to the allotment process.

Candidates allotted seats in this phase must join the allotted colleges within the specified time (schedule to be announced).
KLEE 2024: Registration Fee and Payment Details
- Candidates must remit a registration fee of ₹2000. Concessions apply for specific categories:
- SC/ST/OEC categories: The fee is reduced to ₹500.
- Beneficiaries under G.O (Ms) No. 25/2005/SCSTDD and G.O (Ms) No. 10/2014/BCDD.
- Candidates from Juvenile Homes, Nirbhaya Homes, and Sreechithra Homes.
Fees must be paid online, and refunds are applicable only under specific conditions. If a candidate fails to join the allotted college after allotment, the registration fee will be treated as a penalty and will not be refunded.
Important Guidelines For Candidates
- Admission and Eligibility: Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Clause 9 of the Prospectus at the time of admission.
- Change in Allotment: Candidates who receive higher options in the second phase will automatically lose their current admission. They must collect their Transfer Certificate (T.C.), relevant documents, and the amount paid from the currently admitted college.
- Avoid Retaining Unwanted Options: Candidates are strongly advised to remove options for colleges or courses they do not intend to join.
Fee Concessions
Candidates eligible for fee concessions per government orders (e.g., SC/ST/OEC categories, children of fishermen, inmates of certain homes) are exempted from paying tuition fees.
