The allotment is based on the candidates' ranks, along with new options they registered within the stipulated time, following the guidelines set out in Clause 18 of the KLEE 2024 prospectus.

Key Rules for Vacant Seat Allotment

Rule Description
1 If a seat is not allotted to the candidate, their existing admission, if any, will remain valid. However, if a new seat is allotted, any previous admission will be canceled, and the candidate must accept the newly allotted seat.
2 Seats allotted in this round cannot be altered in any future allotments.
3 Candidates who receive an allotment in this round, regardless of admission status, are ineligible for subsequent allotments.
4 The allotment is conditional upon final approval from the Government of Kerala, the Bar Council of India, and the affiliated universities.

Candidates may register genuine complaints regarding their allotment via email at ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in until 2:00 PM on 13 November 2024. The final allotment list, addressing any valid complaints, will be published later that day.
