Government of Kerala’s Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has issued a notification for the vacant seat allotment for LLM Course admissions asking to fill vacancies left after the second round of centralized allotment in Government and Private Self-financing Law Colleges. The registration process will end on Dec 23, 2024.

General Guidelines for Vacant Seat Allotment
- Previous Admissions and New Allotments
- In case a candidate is allotted a seat in this round of KLEE, his existing admission (if any) will be withdrawn and candidates who are not allotted seats will continue to hold the existing admissions.
- Vacancy Considerations
- Allotments will also reflect the actual and potential vacancies due to the upgrade of higher options or conversion of categories.
- Finality of Allotments
- Seats allotted during this process are final and cannot be changed further.
- Eligibility for Subsequent Allotments
- Candidates receiving seats in this phase cannot participate in further rounds.
- Stray Vacancy Filling
- Vacancies remaining after this stage will be filled by making stray vacancy allotments. Fresh option registrations may also be permitted in such events.
- Option Registration Rules
- Candidates must register options only for colleges where they wish to study, as existing admissions will be canceled upon allotment.
- Compliance with Orders and Approvals
- Allotments are subject to final government or university approvals.

Registration Fees and Refund Policy

- The registration fee must be paid online.
- Refunds will be issued for candidates who do not receive an allotment. However, candidates forfeiting seats after allotment will lose their registration fee as a penalty.
