The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the seat allotment result for the NEET PG 2024 counselling stray vacancy round today, February 19, 2025. The round is held for All India Quota (AIQ) seats, and students can find out their allotment status from the official site, mcc.nic.in.

Seat Allotment and Reporting Schedule

2,331 candidates have been admitted under this round, 11 of which are under the Armed Forces quota. Those candidates who have been selected need to report at their respective institutes from February 20 to February 28, 2025.

MCC has urged candidates to verify their allotment details. If any discrepancies are found, they should be emailed to MCC latest by 5 PM today on mccresultquery@gmail.com. The provisional result will then become final after the deadline.

Official Notice and Changes in Seat Matrix

MCC has also posted an official notice about the declaration of the provisional result. It has deducted three seats from the stray vacancy round seat matrix following updates from respective institutes. Only candidates who did not occupy a seat in AIQ or state quota were entitled to take part in this round.

How to Verify NEET PG 2024 Stray Vacancy Round Result?

  • Go to the official MCC portal – mcc.nic.in.
  • Choose 'PG Medical' on the homepage.
  • Choose 'Provisional Result for Stray Vacancy Round' under the Current Events.
  • The result will be evident in the form of a PDF file.
  • Save and download the result for future reference.

Documents Needed for Reporting

Candidates need to bring the following original documents with self-attested copies at the time of reporting:

  • NEET PG 2024 Admit Card
  • NEET PG 2024 Result/Rank Letter
  • Class 10 Marksheet/Birth Certificate (age verification)
  • MBBS Marksheets & Degree Certificate
  • Internship Completion Certificate
  • Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate (given by MCI/SMC)
  • Valid Photo ID Proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card)
