- If shortlisted applicants fail to pay the fee in the stipulated time, their respective seats shall be offered to the wait list applicants.
- For admission to the HPNLU Shimla Part-Time PhD Programme candidates must fulfill the following:
- Candidate must be in full-time regular employment.
- Candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate from the appropriate authority in the organization where the candidate is employed, clearly stating that:
- The candidate is permitted to pursue studies on a part-time basis.
- Their official duties permit them to devote sufficient time to research.
- If required, they will be relieved from the duty to complete the coursework.
