The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has announced the schedule for the Stray Vacancy Round Online Counselling for UGMAC-2024. This round is intended for filling remaining seats in government and private medical/dental colleges and veterinary institutions in Bihar for MBBS, BDS, and B.V.Sc. & A.H. programs. The candidates eligible for this round should note the following key dates and instructions.

Important Dates for UGMAC-2024 Stray Vacancy Round

Candidates must download their rank cards from the BCECEB website using their UGMAC ID and Date of Birth. During choice filling, students are required to create a new password for logging into the counselling portal.

Choice Filling and Seat Allotment

1. Updated Seat Matrix: Available on the BCECEB website. Candidates should review this before making selections.

2. Choice Submission and Locking: Choices for preferred colleges and courses must be submitted and locked by November 15. If candidates do not manually lock their choices, they will be automatically locked.

3. Allotment and Admission: Seats will be allocated on a merit-cum-choice basis, with results available on November 20. Candidates receiving seats must attend document verification from November 21 to 22.

• Candidates should bring the following original documents for verification:
• NEET(UG)-2024 Admit Card and Score Card
• Certificates and Mark Sheets for Matric and 10+2 exams
• Residential and Caste Certificates (if applicable)
• Passport-size photographs (matching NEET admit card photo)
• Other documents, such as EWS, SMQ, or PH certificates (if applicable)
