The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, reopened the UP NEET PG 2024 Counselling registration portalg. Following the decision taken by the Medical Counselling Committee, New Delhi, to lower the NEET PG 2024 cutoff percentile, eligible candidates can now apply from January 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM up to January 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
Registration Details
Candidates who have declared themselves qualified in NEET PG 2024 are eligible to participate. Registration will be done through the official website, upneet.gov.in, and is non-refundable with a fee of ₹3,000 paid as registration fee. In addition, candidates need to pay a security fee as applicable, according to the choice of institution.

Important Guidelines
- Candidates who registered during previous counselling rounds need not re-register.
- A revised merit list, which might modify the state rank of newly registered as well as previously registered candidates will be incorporated.
- Only the one whose registration and security deposit would have been completed can apply for seat allotment following choice filling.
