The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, has published the schedule for the third round of online counselling for UP NEET PG 2024. This round is for admissions to postgraduate medical courses, including MD/MS/Diploma and DNB, in Government, Autonomous, and private medical colleges across the state. The registration and security money deposit will be on January 7, 2025 from 11 AM to 11.59 PM.

Eligibility Criteria
Only candidates, who have been registered under the NEET PG Counselling 2024 for the state of Uttar Pradesh, shall be eligible for this round of counselling. This round of counseling is open even to those students who had submitted their applications at an earlier round but could not get through due to incomplete payment in the registration amount or security.
Registration and Fee Payment
Candidates need to pay the registration fee and security deposit to be eligible for choice filling. Without these steps, candidates will not be able to participate in the counselling process.
Choice Filling Process
The eligible candidate can fill their choice of course and college between January 8 and January 10, 2025. The allotment for the third round is made based on the choices entered by the candidate.
Seat Allotment Results
The seat allotment result for the third round of counseling will be available on January 13, 2025. Allotted seats can check for the allotment result by logging into the official website of the counselling portal.
Admission Process
Once the seat allotment result is declared, candidates must download the allotment letters from 15 January to 18 January 2025. Shortlisted candidates must complete admission formalities accordingly.
