XLRI—Xavier School of Management has released the cutoffs for the XAT 2025 following the release of scorecards on January 17, 2025. As before, cutoffs are issued for the high-stakes business management and HRM postgraduation programs while underscoring the commitment towards academic rigor, diversity, and inclusion by XLRI.

Cutoff Details for BM and HRM Programs

Business Management Program (BM):

The BM program requires male candidates from both engineering/technology as well as non-engineering streams to meet an overall cutoff of 96 percentile, while female candidates have a slightly relaxed cutoff of 91 percentile.

Human Resource Management Program (HRM):

In the HRM program, male engineers require an overall 95 percentile, while non-engineers need 93 percentile. Female candidates enjoy reduced thresholds of 90 and 87 percentile, respectively.

Future Steps

An estimated 4,000–4,500 candidates are expected to be interviewed in the 2025–26 cycle. Cutoffs for the IEV programs are also under review and will be announced soon.
