Remarks :
the good aspects are many- friendly teachers they are supportive. social gatherings are common. during festivals the program is good. organisational activities are nice and we can also take part.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I belong to the science stream so I chose microbiology. the faculties are very supportive and they help us to face everything. they also provide notes and study material. they believe in manual and practical teaching.
Internships Opportunities :
I have completed my unpaid internship program at NIT- Raipur. it was quite an experience as it helped in gain practical experience and also i did an internship at CG-COST, which also gave me various experiences.
Placement Experience :
The placement is also provided to various students from 1st year to the final year if they are eligible for it. they provide placements in fields like banking, industries etc. Some companies also visit our campus and take interviews.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
fees- 30,00 per semester. scholarship- 6000 only in 1st semester. if you have scored more percentages then you will get more scholarships based on your results and percentages. this college is affordable.
Campus Life :
the campus and social life are good. we can make friends easily even if we are from different streams. we can spend time in the canteen and be friends. we can also enjoy a function in our college together like one big family.

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
