Remarks :
No, there was not any type of entrance exam, group discussion, or interview for admission. There is direct admission in which the student has passed 12th with Medical or Non-Medical stream and has minimum marks of of 60%.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have an aim to become a pharmacist and start my own business regarding medicines. The college has well-qualified and experienced faculty members. All faculty members have a Ph. D degree. The teaching methods are also appreciated. There are well-furnished classrooms with smart class facilities. There are 2 sessional exams conducted per semester as prescribed by PCI.
Internships Opportunities :
No, there is no internship, the student goes to pharmaceutical companies after completion of the course. And have a stipend of 10000 per month. The student starts their internship in many pharmaceutical companies like Zeelux, Alexis Pharmaceuticals.
Placement Experience :
There is No any type of placement and internship offered in this college. The pass-out student goes to pharmaceutical companies after registration as a pharmacist. This is the huge back of the college. This may be developed timely.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I was paid the 75000 per year tuition fee for college and the 40000 hostel fee per year which includes accommodation, food, and gym facilities. There was a registration fee of 5000 paid once in 1st year. The college has 2 scholarship schemes one is a government fund and the other is an organization fund. The National level scholarship like minority scholarships, and merit cum means scholarships for professional courses which have an amount of 30000 per year. The second scholarship is Sarbat da Bhala which has an amount of 10000 per year.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is good in this college. All the festivals are also celebrated on the campus. The library is well-furnished, clean, and quiet. All books regarding syllabus, reference books, and journals are available in the Library.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality of the mess is best. The menu of mess is fixed day by day. The mess is hygienic and well-furnished. The process for a hostel is very simple just fill form which is available in the prospectus and submit it to the warden of the hostel or also in the college.

To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.

Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
