Remarks :
I chose this college as it was one of the reputed colleges in the Mangalore region. There were no Group discussions or interviews before joining the college. The admission was done directly through COMEDK. Good aspects: Amazing scenery, atmosphere, friendly lecturers and seniors. Places to improve: The syllabus was a bit outdated, and could be improved.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course since I was passionate about Computer Science and programming. Most of the faculty possessed a PhD. The teaching method used by the faculty was a mix of classroom learning practical. We had a fair share of practical classes. The practical labs were well equipped with the latest equipment. Leaving a few incidents, the practical classes were smooth. Every semester, there were 2 mid-term exams of 20 marks each. There was a 10 mark component for quizzes, assignments, etc. 50 marks came from the 100-mark final exam, which was converted to a scale of 50 marks (divided by 2) and added to the internal to get the total score (Internals+externals) out of 100
Internships Opportunities :
The college did not offer any internship programme. I got an internship off-campus, which I got online through Internshala. The majority of the students in my batch applied off-campus and got internships.
Placement Experience :
The placements were good, with the highest package being 40 LPA offered by Twilio. The average package being offered was around Rs. 4.5 lakhs. The majority of the students were placed in Mass recruiter companies like Wipro, Accenture, etc. Overall, the placements were good, but I found the placement coordinator and his assistant to be rude.

Campus Life :
The college has a bucketload of activities every semester to keep students occupied. There were various seminars, workshops and other activities. The college has many clubs like the Literary club, debate club, environment club, singing club, etc. These clubs regularly held activities and meetings. The college fest is called 'Incridea'. It's a 4-day fest that has a plethora of activities, pro-shows, fashion shows, etc. The college has a large sports complex called "BC Alva Complex". There are basketball and football courts.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
