I was intrigued by the course Human Resource Management, and I got to learn that this course is only available in CVS, du. I got into DU through Cuet. The entrance was conducted and then Counselling began through the Csas portal. The course was the only entrance exam I took.
The course is very good, someone who wants to start their career in HR domain, should opt for this course. The Qualifications are 12th pass and then cut off here is decent. The faculty is good and easily approachable. The teaching methods of some teachers are exceptional.
I interned in a company in my first year of pursuing a bachelor's. I worked there as an HR and Social Media intern. And my experience was good, the people and the work environment were good. People were helpful and knowledgeable and I learned a lot during my 3 months of internship
The placement and internship drives are carried out by the Placement cell. The placement cell is active and people having required and exceptional skills and indeed given placements. I heard from a senior that the highest package for our course was 22lpa.
The year-wise fees I paid for the first year were 12,800. I don't know the division exactly because it wasn't mentioned. The fees for other categories like Obc and sc are also the same. Scholarship opportunities are available for students, they can talk to the admin about it and avail of the benefits.
The campus life is Amazing. But you'll need to interact and engage with people and societies for that, you can't just sit quietly and expect people to come to you. You have to initiate conversations make friends and trust me you'll have a great college life worth remembering.
There is no hostel facility provided for our college. Near our college, there are lots of affordable pgs and flats. One can go for that and the food and other amenities are also easily accessible for the students.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
