- I love the infrastructure and the buildings the parking lot and the whole uni is just so damn good you'll love it
- The fests are also very good . They have grand fest known as basant utsav . They also have many other competitions also
Dislikes
- You have to run several times to get your official work done .
- The extra money which they take like it's our freshers and farewell and how do you expect us to give money
Remarks :
As I was new to the state I didn't know which uni to choose so I asked people and by research also I found that it's very affordable and good for studies also. There were no GD or PI it's a direct admission process if you fit into their cutoff then you will surely get into the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As I have to commerce background I had two options either BBA or Bcom as my family had a history of BBA they suggested I go with Bcom and also learn some skills with Bcom which will help me a lot, and actually that did help me a lot only a degree couldn't but the university provided a good curriculum and knowledge with my skills I have a good path forward. The RD faculty are seriously top notch they are very helpful kind and generous, if you ever need help they'll come forward and they are more than faculty members they treat you as their child.
Internships Opportunities :
I opted for an internship in the stock market as, an HR executive and analyst. I had a great time there and all internship opportunities were great. Except that you'll also be guided by teachers for many more opportunities.
Placement Experience :
They provide internships while you pursue the course and they also give you placement drives. Uni organises an internship fair each year for the students, in which min 15 comp comes. Job opportunities are also good as the college has its name and reputation.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So our full course fee was around 15,000. Yearly we had to pay 5,000. As I belong to the general category this was my fee but as per sc/st, it should be less because of the reservation category or some scholarship. Other than the academic fees you will be asked to pay for some miscellaneous expenses like freshers, farewell, Ganesh puja, Saraswati Puja, teachers day, fest, independence day, republic day and many more, depending on your department.
Campus Life :
The campus is very huge and is very neat and clean. It has great architecture and campus life is never boring as functions are organised every month. Social life is too good if you try to involve yourself in activities it's good for you. There are many clubs which help you to grow, in my opinion, you should join one of those.
Hostel Facilities :
No, I didn't have a hostel but my friend was in the hostel. Rd has 4 hostels in total for +2, PG, UG and for blind students. Food is also good as you all know mess food can't be as good as your home cooked meal but ya that's good to have. You have to apply for a hostel while applying for uni itself. It's a three-sharing room all are non-AC. You'll be provided with a bed a study table and chair and a locker. The washroom is common for each floor it's something like 4 common washrooms. And 1 washroom contains 1 bathroom 4 basin areas 2 toilets one Indian and one western.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

Placement Experience :
It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

Placement Experience :
The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
