The factor which made me choose this college was it's review I read and videos I watched online ,all the reviews were great for the college so I opted this college for my graduation, there were no group discussion, no interviews or written test for the admission. The admission is based on the class 12th marks , the admission process was smooth and easy the whole process was online. The good aspect of the college are mainly it's faculty the are well qualified for there job , the bad aspect of the college is its infrastructure and college area .
The course curriculum is good in my opinion 6 months semester based, though it feels a little bit fast , academically it's one of the best college for bachelors in pharmacy for sure , the faculties the good in there profession well qualified and the faculty members are PhD, post doc holders. The teaching methods are different for every teacher some are very good some are fair though it's also depends on the students. The exams takes place on time , with High level of difficulty like you have to study if you want to pass your semester and the passing marks are 50 percent so yeah it's tough.
No I haven't opted for any intership till now , though I'm going to opt , the internship opportunities are not many , though faculty members support off campus intership program's, the internship are mainly comes from the hospitals and industries.
I do not have much idea about the placement and job opportunity offered by our college. My plans after completing the course are not for employability rather it's to pursue master's in pharmacy from a well established university.
Fee structure, the payment of fee is done two times a year with six months gap 56k one thime and 34k next time in total 90k , there are many scholarship available at campus for students but it's hard to get In all the criterias .the complete fee for my 4 year course is going to be 3.6 lakhs which is alot for a government college, yeah it increased around 3-4 year's before my addmission. The 90k include s alll the this like development fee, registration fee ,lab fee etc . For reservation category students it's 36k a year ( only for SC and ST ) . Scholarships are available on e -district and nsp .
The social life on campus is great like every other college , I made connection with my senior others course students other buliding students and all . There are no feats In our college it's sad . Almost all the books are available for course which university offers . All essential Class amenities are there , there is no sports and extracurricular activities present or offered by the campus, Paridrishya is our photography society which I myself part of .
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
