Likes
- The staff is soo good and of nuce and friendly nature. They always stands with their students in every situation.
- The environment of College campus is very good. It is environment friendly.
Dislikes
- The laba are not proper. They require maintenance as may pc's are not working and due to that students have to carry their own laptops.
- Sometimes water problem occurs.and in summer it becomes intensive ones.
Remarks :
I got admission there in corona period. The college didn't conduct any type of exams of GD round now also. One can get admission based on their 12th percentage only. So getting admission is not a hard process. There are so many courses available there.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The exams are also not very hard .If you study during your class time only then also you can easily clear the exams. The teachers are very good and ae of very helping nature. They stands with you in every situation.
Internships Opportunities :
Many companies visited there. I choosed QSpiders and learnt a lot there . They conduct a test through college and provide free training to the selected ones and also provides placements after the training. Some students choose hoping minds. It's also a good company to start with
Placement Experience :
You can get opportunities as much as the university students got. Also you will sit for placements in university placement cell only. The average packages is also of 6-7 lpa . You can also visit the university site for more information because this college is under Punjabi University Patiala.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have paid around 72000 per year tuiton fees. Apart from fees , scholarships are also available. There are two types of scholarships available there one is Dr. Br Ambedkar and other is Sikh minority. Dr. Br Ambedkar is for sc students in that they will get the whole tuition as well as hostel fees. And Sikh minority is for general and OBC students in that they eill get half fees around 30000 along with hostel fees.
Campus Life :
Farewell and fresher parties are conducted every year . Apart from this normal functions are held like quizzes, placement talks, seminars and other cultural functions. For self studying students there is big library on the fourth floor which consists of every course related books and other books like competitive exams,magazines, religious and daily newspapers etc.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I opted hostel there.Hostel life is very got and I learnt lots of things there. The hostel in this college is at very affordable prices. One have to pay around 5000-5400 as hostel rent per year and apart from this 2200 per month as mess charges. Its not so high and one can easily afford it. The warden of hostel is also of soo nice nature

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
