I gave MET(Manipal entrance test) where i got a rank of 1231 but i was inclined on taking ECE as i have my interests lying there for ECE the cutoff is below 4000 for cse below 400 for eee below 8000. No interviews were taken or given
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is similar to max Btech colleges like IITS, NITS and BITS, the Labs are very advanced and well maintenance is done. There are very much research opportunities as professors encourage to take upon research
Internships Opportunities :
Yes i have done 2 internships one at IIT kharagpur and the other at Kabira mobility. Both have been the best experience. at iit kharagpur i have written a patent and at kabira mobility i helped them design a new product for the battery packs
Placement Experience :
For placements around 250-300 companies come and one student is allowed only 1 offer if he or she receives one, the cg criteria is generally 6,6.5 or 7. Highest package is offered by microsoft 52Lpa and the average is 9Lpa
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
1st year its common for everyone i.e 3.5L 2nd year onwards 3 years its branch wise like for CS its 5.2L then till ECE its 4.85L below ECE its 4.3L. If in the manipal entrance exam your rank is within 1-100 then 100% scholarship. If 101-5000 then 20% off on tuition fees of 1st year. If you maintain a cgpa above 8.5 then 30% feese waiver
Campus Life :
In manipal the best thing is college life, here people from all over india and world meet and share ideas create ideas which has been the best thing. There are many clubs and students projects where people apply their theories into practical application.
Hostel Facilities :
I stayed in hostel for about 2 years, its like great experience all are top notch facilities the food is great the rooms come with attached washroom single or double , ac or non ac you can choose and also its based on your CGPA if you perform well then you stay in lavish style

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
