- Infrastructure is good. All required facilities are available.
- The college gives equal time to study and other activities.
- Most of the teachers were very good and supportive.
Dislikes
- Some teachers were very bad and rude to the students. Only one or two teachers.
- The entry road of the college is not prepared.
Remarks :
I tried to take admission in other colleges. But I don't want to study far from home . So I found the best college in our district and I found this college. The college management guides students for admission process which makes it easy.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Some teachers was very supportive and one teacher was so rude and have a bad attitude. Expect that one teacher all other teachers were very good and calm. The exams were taken 2 times a year . There were 2 semester in a year, before semester exams college takes class test to prepare for the exams . The class test was more difficult than the exams.
Internships Opportunities :
I didn't opted for internship because there was not any in our course bcom . Only some of the courses gets the opportunity for placement or internship. Like BCA or BSC. In BA and BCOM there are not so much opportunities.
Placement Experience :
In my course bcom there was not placement opportunities. Nobody comes to gives us placements. But in other courses like BCA, there are opportunities. The average package is 3lpa. My plans after my degree I will do masters.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The average fee for my course is nearly 30k every year it varies but not that much . 28k to 32k is the fee per year. During admission the college takes 1/3 of the fees which is around 10k which I paid during admission. Each year have 2 semester and examination fees is 500 for each semester. Fees varies from course to course like my friend is doing BCA and his fee is something around 55k.
Campus Life :
Library is good. Variety of books and a silent nature. Sports meet and annual fest are organised every year. I was not a member of any group or club. There were some groups like arts group sports club.
Hostel Facilities :
I didn't opted for hostel and I didn't know about fees for hostel but the condition of hostels are not very good . I've travelled from my home to college regular. So I didn't opted for hostel and not any friend of mine . But some of my friends have taken the pg near clg which costs them 6k to 9k per month.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
