I chose this college because of it's proximity to my place. I did not face any group discussion or any type of written tests for admissions. The good aspect is that they provide a good infrastructure for budding professors, like providing great research opportunities. The admissions process is simple and easy to follow through; I did not even have to come in person to the campus until it was for depositing the fee.
I chose this course because I was interested in cyber security, and they told me I would get to opt for it in my 2nd year, but they are saying that I will get to sit in an exam for choosing it in my 3rd year. The course curriculum is fine but the professors only teach you for 1st year; from 2nd year they have hired companies which provide training services and they teach all the subject till your placement, while the professors do the administrative tasks. They overwhelm you with a lot of online courses on Coursera and Google Cloud. They have 3 sessional tests and 1 end term for each subject and a continuous evaluation system for practical subjects. However, they do not have any standard difficulty for their exams; one may get a very easy exam and the other may get a very hard one.
I pay 1,70,000 inr yearly in this course. The tuition fee is 1,70,000 inr per year, my admission and registration fee was 25,000 inr, which was a one-time fee. There is an average 15000 increase in fee per year. There is no reservation quota, but there is a state scheme for SC,ST scholarships. The fee for enrollment of current year is 2,50,000 per year, which is a sudden increase.
Life at campus is horrible; events are only for hosts. Only a handful of events are for day scholar. They don't have enough space for new students and they still are admitting more and more students. The day scholars attend class from 9 am to 4 pm and hostelers from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. They do not even have enough parking space, let alone class rooms. They usually lie during the admissions process that you will get to choose specialisation in 2 years, but they make you sit an exam in 3 years, and then on the basis of merit, they decide if you are eligible or not. Sports activities are solely for hostelers, but you can play in the playground casually if you are a day scholar. There are a good number of social clubs in the university, like Coding Ninjas, IEEI, and Acm, to name a few. But these are not run by students themselves, there are teachers on the top level. They do not allow any social club or event to be run solely by students.
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year
Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job
I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placements are average on comparison with other private colleges around here Highest package this year - 11.3Lpa The teachers help very much in placements and internship . The TPC cell of the college is dead for their work
The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro, hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.
There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.
The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
