- The infrastructure and faculty is very much good for the students.
- Also the campus life with friends is never low your emotions.
Dislikes
- I dislike one thing about is the classes timings it is very volatile timings of our classes .
- The transportation of non hostelers is very very hard .
Remarks :
Collage campus and it's natural beauty is unbelievable.The study material they give us very importantance in our diploma. Also the institute organised sports week and and many more festivals for the students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is very nice and skilfull for the students. The course you select is very creative and full of enjoyment in your student life. When you complete the course you also get placement from college campus is it very easy.
Internships Opportunities :
I get 2 internships from tpo after completing two semester. They help me alot to get the internships. In internship training we knowing how tobwork in the industry and workshops as a engineer. So internship is most important for our after institute life
Placement Experience :
The institute have training and and placement cell for the students. The TPO cell helps students in get the internships after semester end and also help for pass out students to get the job . The TPO officer also is a professor of our institute.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Addmission per semester -3500 Examination Form fill up per semester -1500 Hostel fees per semester -2000 Scholarships upto 1.5 Lakhs And don't have any fees for sports,gym, library, festivals and other motives.
Campus Life :
The campus of our institute is very nice and pretty good for students. The campus originate with natural beauty and also have a institute canteen and hostels. Is it so helpfull for newly come students.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel of the the institute is awesome, the message is also give us very nice food. Also there is a gym and sports facilities for students. In the hostel rooms you get a bed, one table , and other helpfull material.

Good-moderate faculty but maintenance of every other thing is very much not on time The authority doesn’t seem to be concerned about the students and delays every work and at the last moment you will be running around .

There are teachers under which u can work and later they can surely help u land a intership, happened with one of my friend. But as of now department dont directly provide u internship. I dont wanna say vague or old numbers about average or highest placement data, so wont comment on it but overall its not that great but there are exceptions, like there are some brilliant minds who lands an enormous off campus placement.(My 2 seniors who r out of india right now) Last year Bharat electronics BHEL came and took 8 seniors for 13lpa package, some banking companies and TCs comes too. My plans after my degree is to get a job in electronic domain while also focusing on my photography and editing Passion Check my work on insta sodaa.edits
My life in B.Borooah College as a science student
Placement Experience :
Placements At B. Borooah College for a BSc Forget it. There's no placement scene like you hear about. No companies come for recruitment drives. The so-called placement cell just puts up notices for government job ads or maybe a local pharmacy needing a helper. I've never seen a single big name visit campus to hire BSc grads. So there's no list of recruiters, no number of offers, and definitely no talk of high packages. Zero students get placed from here in that way. The plan after the degree is everything. For me, it's going for an MSc. For others, it's preparing for government exams, doing B.Ed., or applying to labs and hospitals directly. This college gives you the valid degree, the ticket to sit for other exams or apply further. It doesn't get you a job. It makes you eligible to go find one yourself. Your future is 100% in your own hands after you walk out.

There are 100% internship in Bsc agriculture are also good the average packages 3 to 4 LPA the highest package is 12 LPA percentage of students getting placements are about 70 - 80% the eligibility criteria depends upon the performance of the student on its practical work and its CGPA

The ratio of placement and job is very poor, this is a college of general degree course, so after passing B.Sc., B.Sc. one does not get a job directly, in future one has to do Masters degree, PhD.But data from the last three/four year revealed that students did get jobs in SBI and some other organization, but the percentage was very low.That is why most of the students after completing normal graduation take admission in courses like Masters and BEd, Deled.And my plan in future is to do Masters from IIT or IISER, after that I want to do PhD.

Life as a BTech Student at IIT guwahati
Placement Experience :
there is a CPI criteria of around 6 to sit for placements. The highest packages for bachelors can go up to 1.5cr. Companies in coding include Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Ola, Uber, finance companies like JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and many more. Highest paying companies are AlphaGrep, Quadeye, JaneStreet but that is very competitive with only people with the best results and from CS getting in. Many people also receive preplacement offers after internships. There are also many companies that visit for product management roles like Ola, Meesho etc. The placement process for Design students is separate. There are also core companies like Texas instruments, that visit.

I choose this course because I am interested in learning coding and I want to seek my future in this line. I am finding some difficulties in understanding the subjects and topics but I believe it is because I am new to this field and new to everything.
