- Faculties are very friendly and the infrastructure is also really nice.
- It's a student friendly campus. Once you are admitted at Sri Sri University, you will be very happy for your choice as the environment is very nice over there.
Dislikes
- The mess food has always been a concern for the students of Sri Sri University and they prefer to eat sometimes at mess. Rather, they always try to invest their money on foods which are outside the campus or the cafes present in the campus.
- Nonveg items are not allowed inside the campus which is a concern for the students. Even students are not allowed to take any food materials inside their hostel. Buying from swiggy and zomato is also not allowed. For food students generally rely on a catering service called Sahoo catering who delivers food inside the campus with convenient charges.
Remarks :
I faced a written test along with am interview in online mode to take admission at srisriuniversity. In our time it was covid pandemic time that's why the tests were in online mode ,otherwise the written test is always in offline.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course of Bsc hons agriculture is followed by the guidelines of ICAR, India. The syllabus is vast but teachers make ot easy to understand. All the teachers are knowledgeable and friendly in nature at Sri Sri University.
Internships Opportunities :
In Bsc agriculture course , I did my summer internship at omfed in between the summer vacation. And in my 4th year , I did an internship naming " Agro Industrial Attachment " in which the college sends you to an industry to have a 1month internship , without stipend
Placement Experience :
In my time , only one placement drive had happen of the company " Banas Dairy " , but currently two to three companies are coming for the placement and recruiting the students for several roles in the industry.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The academic fees vary semester vise. In 2020 for odd semesters we used to pay 60,000 per semester for tuition fees only and in even semester it is 67,000 per semester. Now currently it is 70,000-77,000 per semester ( odd and even sem respectively ). Hostel fees are 30100 per semester , mess fees are 20,000 per semester.
Campus Life :
In Sri Sri University, Orion fest is the most awaited week were all the students really enjoy a lot. All the festivals starting from Ganesh Chaturthi , Diwali, Saraswati puja , etc everything is celebrated with great energy and interest. The college has several clubs looking after the different events such as music club , dance club , fun and trivia club , marketing club etc and more 20+ clubs are there.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms are really nice with attached bathroom. In one room three students can stay. Hostel rooms are spacious. But generally students don't like mess food that much. They prefer eating at cafes.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
