The admission process is merit based during my time. Cut-off were announced and candidates who fullfill those criteria wee allowed to admit the college without any hassle or any group discussion or interview.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course offeres basic knowledge on all business and company workings. So get the grassroot knowledge on how these companies and firms function and co ordinate . I opted for this course. Not a flashy but an informative course
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The years college fees is 7080 rs and an annual examination fees of 2000rs . Which increases and decrease unannounced. So keep that in mind and reservations gets fee cuts drastically so no need to worry just keep your certificate handy
Campus Life :
Colleges under delhi university are jam packed with all sorts of societies and clubs . Thus choosing one that fits you well might take some time. But when you know which one to join . Its all fun and hardwork.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
