During my 11th 12th my favourite subject was chemistry and I want to go for higher educations and ICT is the best college in terms of chemistry and also environment of OCT promotes higher education more than job
My course is pharmaceutical chemistry and technology ICT is top college in pharmaceutics and curriculum here have good standards and they keep it updated so it helps students really well. Faculties are also really very good helps you in every aspect of studying academia to real life things
I had done my internship in Indian Institute of Technology and also I had done various internship in ICT with professors and had really good experience with profs and they are so helpful and doing such internship can help you for letter of recommendation too.
In my department our HOD helps with internship and it is one of the best experience and placement are also cool and have we have good placement here but major students goes for higher education highest package is around 25 lacs.
Open fess is around 80 thousand and OBC is 67 thousand roughly OBC gets 15 thousand scholarship on tution fees and here development fees is 30 thousand and merit cum scholarship are also available by various organisations
Manzar is one of the main event and their is core event of ICT known as vortes here students participate in really large numbers and this is asias largest chem fest and other various events goes throughout the year
Hostel fees is 29 thousand which is really affordable and mess here is not that good and mess fees is 36 thousand with 5 thousand deposit infrastructure structure of boys hostel is better than girls hostel .
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
