Remarks :
Always wanted to pursue my btech degree from the top 20 colleges in India. And ICT Mumbai was one of them so chose it. They focus more on research and lab construction than extra activities of students like sports. You can take admission through Jee mains or MHCET. Above 95%ile u will easily get admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum: every year they update the curriculum. They design a curriculum that u will enjoy studying. Faculties are awesome highly skilled professionals in their subjects. In the textile department, faculties treat us like we are their family members. All faculties hold Ph. D.s and post-docs. The te method is mostly practical based. There will be 2 continuous assessment tests (one before sem and one after sem), a mid-mid-semester exam (after 1.5 months from start of the semester) and an end-semester exam ( when this semester ends). The semester is usually 4.5 months long. The institute's examination section is very strict. Exams are conducted on time. Difficulty level : Endsem > midsem> continuous assessment. For OBC students, The cost to study in ICT is less than 4lakh excluding mess and hostel fees for 4 years. Message and hostel charges less than 3 lakh for years. In short, you will get a degree in less than 7lakh. There are govt. Scholarship like Mahadbt.
Internships Opportunities :
I have done an internship at the wool research association. Got a stipend of 5k. And did a project on mothproofing of fabric and learned the handling of sophisticated equipment. Companies like trident, Croda, chroma, WRA, BTRA, colour band, Intertek etc. offer internships.
Placement Experience :
After completing 3rd year each student has to do an internship it's compulsory. There are no as such placement criteria only u should not have any back subject at the time of placement and try to maintain a CGPA above 7.5 In textile, companies like Archroma, trident, supreme, Reliance Retail and many more. If u don't get placement still u can sit for placement for next year. The highest package gone for textile was 18lakh by a trident and average it is 6-7 lakh. And u will be at assistant manager of the plant. students who sit for placement get placed but sometimes have to compromise in package.
Campus Life :
Every month there will be something exciting happening on the ICT campus. Fest like Manzar, vortex, summit, sportsaga, yuvam and many more are organised on campus. There are a lot of books library related to research. ICT focuses more on research, so for research students it is heaven. There is turf, volleyball ground, box cricket ground, 2 tennis ground and kabbadi ground. Ecell, vortex, Manzar, sportsaga, litclub, Meraki, and PFA are the main clubs run by students. Hostel 5 is the best which gets allocated to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of BTech. Mess C's food quality is average. You can eat that food. The menu is also nice. After taking admission to the ICT hostel committee will release the Google form further processing will happen and u will be allotted a room. For 3 seater room 34500/- and double seater room 36500/- The mess charge is 30000/- The campus is very small 17-16 acres of land. No campus life.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.

there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.

The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
