When I was looking for colleges, I applied for many. Then my brother told me to go for Indira College as it was near from my home and we also heard about it's great management, events and good staff. I told about it to my friends and then we all took admission over there in different streams according to our compatibility.
Faculty, it's the best ever part of the college as they're really very friendly and solve doubts about the college and assessments and events and many more. They are super qualified and have the aura to present themselves in as required to this generation. So it is really great experience to work with the Faculty of Indira College
There are many companies but one which I opted for is the Real estate company where I got 2.5 LPA plus incentives which I found as a really good offer as a beginner and my friend got a job in Airtel where he got 4.75LPA which is also a really great offer to start career
The eligibility criteria for placement drive was 60% and above which I think is really good. This helps many students to try in good companies and the companies which came for the drive were also one of the best companies, like WNS,Infoweb,Genpact,Swiggy,Airtel and many more
We've paid 72000 rs per year as college fees and there were planned field visits in Nashik and Mumbai NSE & BSE where we only paid 100 rs amounts as travel charges so we got a really compatible visits and very much informative, I'm glad to join this college
Campus of Indira College, it's really sophisticated, where there's library where more than 100 books of each field is provided to give a right perspective of real-world There are many events held by the college like Gusto, IPL, Innovate Indira and OMTs and many more...
I didn't applied for hostels but, I've tried their canteen food which is the best and I would suggest anyone to have a lunch there and there were so many varities of foods available in the canteen for the students who opted for college hostels.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old.
