I choosed Roorkee Institute of Technology because of many reasons. One of the reason is its NAAC A++ rating. Other reason like it is adorable than other colleges offering the same course. For the addmission you have to clear your 1 semester fee then fill the form submit all the documents. To get admission in Btech CSE you have to score minimum 60% in your +2.
I choosed Computer Science and engineering course because it very demanding in this modern world and it produces high paying jobs. Teachers in RIT ROORKEE are Assistant Professors. In RIT ROORKEE you have give two internal exams before the University Exam.
The fees for the Btech CSE course in RIT ROORKEE is 205000(including hotal fee) for the 1st year and 195000 for the rest 3 years. Other then this you have to pay 7000 for the dress. Only state toppers or board toppers will get the scholarship.
The campus of RIT ROORKEE is beautiful there are trees everywhere, in the campus there is a cricket ground, a football ground, a volleyball court, a kabbadi court, a basketball court and 3 badminton courts. Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.
the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.
College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.
I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.
Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.
I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.
Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
There are good placement and job opportunities are there in off campus placement because there are many sites whivh provide job and internships like inteshala and there are many other platforms to find the job and internships
