- Good faculty members always there to support us
- And small campus so that there is very good interactions between seniors and juniors
Dislikes
- Location of the campus is not very good as situated in the industrial area so there is sort of high pollution
- And of campus size is small so there is not very good fests and functions happing around very much due to short of campus space
Remarks :
There is a small campus so the interactions between the seniors and juniors are very good enough . There are plenty of interactive sessions goes every week in the egd hall so that the students can improve there speaking skills through it . There is a simple Punjab state counselling to take admission in this institution
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because there is a demand of the skills in the field of computer science . To ensure these good skills there are also very good faculty members all designated with PhD degrees and are available all the time to clear the doubts of the students . There is a moderate level of the end sems exams held twice a year
Internships Opportunities :
I had done my paid internships in hoping minds company Mohali with a stipend of 10000 rupees per month I was a python developer there and had worked on many live projects Company arrived in our college to recrute students via online test
Placement Experience :
For on campus placements there should be the overall cgpa of 8 and college brings in good and quality recruiters every year for final year students The highest package is taken by Nirmal INR 65 lakh per annum CTC and an average package of 3 lakh per annum CTC
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is a yearly fees of INR90000 all the fees are included in this amount , there is a scholarship for local students through Punjab state quota and for those who scores more than 90 percentile in the jee mains exam .
Campus Life :
Aagaz is fest conducted in our college and fests like youth fest in mints of December and June and July There is a good library in our college where students can get all the sorts of the books they want They conducts sports meet twice a year so that students can show there talent in the field of sports
Hostel Facilities :
No, I have not opted for the hostel as there is not good quality of food and my parents allowed me to stay outside of the hostel with my friends and I also don't like the environment of the hostel of the college

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
