- Beautiful scenery of Himalayas and weather
- Helping faculty, a good infrastructure with nice classrooms.
Dislikes
- Funding for events are usually low and there is repetitive nature
- Transportation service of the university doesn’t meets the requirement for some location
Remarks :
I chose Mahraja agrasen university as it was well known in my locality and is NAAC accredited. It is one of the best universities in Himachal Pardesh. During admission there were no such interviews, group discussion and written tests.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose BBA as i want to pursue MBA after completing BBA. Teaching methods are good and understanding. We were assigned mentors and faculty takes feedback through feedback forms every semester. Term exams are taken on time after finishing the syllabus. The difficulty level of the exams are pretty easy.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fees I paid for the course BBA in maharaja university is 40200 which includes 2 semester. At the time of admission I paid 26750 which included brochure, transportation fee (bus service) and tuition fees
Campus Life :
Campus life is pretty basic good view of himalaya and beautiful scenery. Social life is also good as there are students from different states and culture (Haryana, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, etc.). Students organises different events like freshers party, sports event, fests, alumni meet, farewell, convocation and etc.

Placements are decent. Eligibility is typically at CGPA 6.0 or higher. Recruiters include TCS, Infosys ,Oracle, Wellsfargo etc.Highest package this year reached around 3 crores per annum as it was a foreign offer.

I choose ba as I needed a bachelors degree to pursue llb . All the faculty members are highly qualified and well educated and every teacher has their own teaching method. The exams are conducted annually for BA which is not very difficult

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs

The placement opportunities are given by institute. There is a placement committee. A few visited recruiters are ICICI,HDFC, DE Shaw, Deloitte, EY, etc. the average package of IIM sirmaur ranges around 14-15 LPA. All students get placed and is supported by institute.
