- College campus was spacy There was not like a mess College was small but infrastructure was like students don't feel like crowd Also the air conditioners in classes made summers easy
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is very old so some places are ruined and are shattered also the ground is max. Time closed also the canteen food was not good and not well maintained Classes had air conditioners but form that only few used to work Also the air conditioning were in arts block Science block used to have only fans
Remarks :
I was selected on the merit base Also the college was close to my House in comparing of other colleges Also the nearest metro station esi basaidarapur was just 100-120 meter away and a bus stand is outside the college Which made it convenient for travelling
Course Curriculum Overview :
Teachers with great cooperative and understanding made our 3 years relaxing Regular assignments amd test were quite boring were very helpful for study of semester exams. Our labs were also good Some computers had problem in working but the problem was resolved time by time Also the continuation maintenance made it difficult to hang around in college but also irritating Exams are held 2 times a year If anyone got backlog in any subject of any semester than he/she has to wait for 1 year to re appear for that exam which is a loss for students who got backlog in their final years
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee system was very good As the fee was like 11000 for first year 13000 for second year And 14000 for third year There was also examination fee which was like 510 for each subject There was also relaxation for students with EWS card
Campus Life :
There were so many societues students can choose on the basis of their interests which are coordinated by college teachers Regular fest events making college life interesting Library is very big and contains almost every book a one requiresbin their graduation Sports room with all kind of outdoor sports equipment also indoor games availablity made it easy for students to pass their time during free periods Different different what's app group chats instagram pages confession page made it easy for the information of everything in the university

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
