Remarks :
I have got addmission in this college in 2021 on the basis of 12th standard marks only. I had chosen this college because I resides just a 5 minutes walking distance from the college. The college's infrastructure is so good and when i was in my third year the renovation work in college going on, it means I'll be nicer than it used to be.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this course on my own interest. The true fact is that i have chosen this course to learn English but it proved to be my wrong decision. There are a lot of literature works introduced in this course. It would be very fascinating course for those who have a keen interest in reading literary works. The faculties are amiable and coordinative with the students. If you have a keen interest in literature i suggest you to go for it without any hesitation.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
First year fees = 11170 Second Year fees = 10450 Third year = 14060 Here is the detailed fee structure :- Maintenance fund fee = 2320 Student fund charges fee= 9290 University charges fee= 2450 This is the third year fee structure. There are several scholarship programmes conducted in our college and one of them is Student Aid Fund which scholarship amount ranges from 4000 to 12000 and everyone is eligible to enroll himself/herself in this scholarship program. They'll conduct a short interview of the student in order to assign an appropriate amount to the student.
Campus Life :
The college has a lot of societies in which students can enroll themselves and showcase their abilities. As far as i remembered there is a competitive society named 'The Dadhichi' , in this society those students participated who is preparing for the one day competitive examination or for the exams like UPSC. In college there is a great Library with a impressive reading room in which pin drop silence is always maintained. In college college library you'll find any kind of books you want. There is a college ground in which all the annual fest conducted.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
