I got this MIT Academy of Engineering College through CET Score. I got 78 percentile in CET Exam. So, I choose MIT Academy of Engineering for its strong emphasis on technical education and its excellent industry connection. The college offers diverse engineering programs, state of the art facilities, and a vibrant campus culture, which crucial factors in my decision.
I choose the mechanical engineering course for the B.tech program because I love the mechanical course very much from 10th standard. The faculty in this college are very much educated. Most of the professors are PHD holders in their respective fields. Exams are carried in Semester wise in each year. There are two semesters in each year and in each semester, there are two exams, mid-term and end-term.
During last year different companies came with 1 year or 6 months internship opportunity. Companies like Whirlpool, Hyster Yale, MESON Valves, Enpro, etc. came for internship opportunity. The average stipend offers is Rs 10000 per month.
For the placement program, student should complete their all subject. They don't have any backlogs behind. There are various companies for Mechanical visited to college like JSW, Whirlpool, Hyster Yale, Technip Energies, Enpro, etc. The average package is around 5 lakhs.
in detailed fees structure, in Open Category, Tuition fees is Rs. 152173, where as Development fees around Rs. 22827 and university fees is Rs. 707. This will be total of Rs 175707. Similarly, for OBC/EWS/EBC, fees is Rs. 99621. For SC/NT/SBC/TFWS catergory, fees is Rs.23534.
There are various fests which are organized in the college like hackathon, Dance fest, characters fest, various types of days. the college library is also very big. Library includes various types books like literature, comedy, fictional and each subject books also.
College don't have its hostel. We have look for hostel outside the college only. College canteen is very good. Food provided there is very tasty. Canteen provides the morning breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are many hostel facility available outside college. The rent for hostel ranges from Rs 2500-4500 as room facility.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
