Remarks :
The course which I was enrolled in Bachelors in management studies is widely recognised as one the best courses offered by RD and SH national college . It is located in the middle of bandra the location is one of the best . There were no interviews or written test for admission it was completely based on my 12 percentage . All the admission process is solely based on your 12 percentage the college offers Sindhi quota for Sindhi students the colleges canteen is not that good the food is very average the teaching faculty is very supportive and helpful and one of the best I would say the college festivals are the best with huge footfall of students . The college is also not that strict when it comes to attendance they are very lenient . College timings are also not too long not too short it’s just perfect for all students . I think I made a right decision by choosing this college as it has one of the best teachers amazing faculty and amazing festivals and overall an amazing experience .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because this course offers excellent management skills and you get to choose a specialisation in finance or marketing where I chose finance a mix of good management skills with core knowledge about finance is something I was looking for which this college offered me The teaching faculty is very supportive and helpful the exams conducted were very timely and the difficulty level was not too much as well . The teacher were really very helpful and their teaching skills were absolutely up to the mark
Internships Opportunities :
I personally did not opt for any internship although college does provide students with internships and are very supportive toward students who are doing internships . A wide variety of internship in finance and marketing are offered to student who are in 2 and 3 year
Placement Experience :
the college has a placement committee in place which helps students find jobs in different fields of finance and marketing as well the highest package for bms students was around 25000 per month and average would be 20000 per month and a lot of student get placed approximately 80 percent of the student looking for jobs gets placement

Campus Life :
The fest of bms is called Malang which is conducted every year in the month of January but it sometimes changes it has a huge footfall of students coming from different colleges it also has a business fest which is bizzenture where entrepreneurs are invited and students are told to propose their own business ideas in front of them
Hostel Facilities :
There are no hostel facilities as such that I know of provided by the college the canteen food is very average and I personally did not like it the college is in bandra so if u look for housing near bandra it is going to be v expensive although you can opt for pg near by which can be relatively cheaper

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.
The Time I Had Spent in my College

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
