- The campus exposure is very much above the satisfactory side. Infrastructure also gets 7/10 according to me Faculties are really very supportive and helpful in our every tasks be it solving the doubts or any other project discussions
Remarks :
There were no Group discussion activites, Interviews or written tests for the admission for our college separately. But there is a state exam called CET through whcih all the colleges provide admissions. In some cases where the college is Autonomous or a different side like NMIMS it has its own criteria for their admissions.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Engineering branch in this college. This is because DBIT provides a very sufficient and up to date information and knowledge about their subjects in our branch. Not only Computer Related branch, but also the core branch like mechanical and electronics branch.
Placement Experience :
The eligibilty criteria for the placements is decided by the companies visiting our college. But on an average the minimum criteria for the palcements is a 7.5 CGPA for all the branches. some of the recruiters are: TCS, BrowserStack, Accenture, Capgemini and many more. The highest package offered to our students is 22.5 LPA which was given by BRowserstack recently the lowest package offered was 4-5 LPA The percentage of students gtting placed from our college is 98-99% for all the students who are eligible for the placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees for OPEN category students is - 148000/- where as for SBC students it is around 20000, for OBC students the fee is around 85000-90000 rs. per year. Talking about the detailed structure of the fee (For SBC students) -Annual sports contribution fees:400 rs. -Cultural activity and student welfare fund: 6 rs. -Development fees: 16909 rs. -disaster relief: 10rs - Ekak Yojana - NSS: 10 rs. -Examination Fees: 2418/- -Inter universitr=y dports and cultural fee: 30/- -University E-charge: 70/- -UOM Vice Chancellor Fund: 20/- -Yuva Raksha: 50/-
Campus Life :
There are several fests conducted through out the year. Some of them are listed below: Technack, Hysteria(sports and other events) - January February - Collosseum etc. These are not the only events and functions celebrated at dbit there are many more events conducted very semester.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
