- While my experience at the college has been largely positive , there could be few aspects that could be improved , some facilities like lecture halls and study areas , could benefit from upgrades
Remarks :
In 2021 there is no GD/PI rounds the admission is based on the percent you got in your 12th Standard . ( Cut-off based ) . Factors that made me choose these college are : Faculty expertise , Campus culture , location .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have had a Highly enriching experience in my course , Thanks to the outstanding faculty and well structured curriculum. Faculty Here are not only knowledgeable but also deeply passionate about their subjects . They are always ready to Help . Exams are not that difficult if you attend the classes regularly then you can easily get 7-8 cgpa .
Placement Experience :
The placement and job oppurtunities at this college are generally quite strong, with a dedicated career services team that supports students in their job search . Many programs have robust relationships with industries , leading to regular recruitment drives .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees at the time of Admission was 13,405 Fees for each year is around 26,000 & Each semester examination fees has to be paid which is around 1000 ( If sem include practical subjects and around 500 if there is only theoretical subjects ) .
Campus Life :
The social atmosphere is lively , with a welcoming community of students from various backgrounds . A wide Range of clubs and organisations caters to diverse intrests, from academic societies to hobby groups . The campus infrastructure is modern and well maintained, featuring state -of-the-art facilities . libraries, tech centres provide conducive env for learning .

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
