I choose this college as this is the only college in delhi which provide nursing program for boys and it has good transportation facility for admission in bsc nursing students must have physics biology chemistry subjects in 12 and must appeared for neet
Course corriculum is little bit busy students find it gery challenging to complete their task on time because they have theroy blocks as well as practical sessions in hospitals which sharpens their skill for hospital work. It has good infrastructure with ac classrooms
Students dont have to opt for internship the college itself provide internships of around 6 months in government hospital (Safdarjung) this is the continous posting for 6 months during last semester 8th
The university itself has their hospital named majeedia which conducts interviews and select students on the basis of their marks and performance in interviews and they invite for other hospital management like fortis NHAI Max for students placement
At the time of admission students have to pay 88000 which include other charges and 1st semester fees after completion of 1st semester then they have to pay 65000+5000 each semester till 8th semester. 1st year students can avail scholarships that is only for freshers and from 2nd year onwards they can apply for fee concession
Campus is so huge that you can go for walk on daily basis and im sure that u will not get bored it has cricket ground football ground tennis ground and valley ball basket ball ground and also lot of clubs
I havent opt for hostel but yes my friends are living in it and they really enjoy the environment which is very hygienic with variety of foods but it is little bit costly for the students who are from a middle class background
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
