This college has a good reputation amongst other private and semi private colleges. The campus quite big has a lot of greenery. The campus also have a hospital in it where students can consult a doctor for free. The location of this college is good, all the trendy places like hauz khas are nearby.
BTECH CSE is course which is timeless and have a lot of opportunities. Most of the Professors in this college are very experienced and professionals but honestly there are some rude teachers as well. Exams are held every end semesters ie once in 6 months and the passing criteria is 50%. Exams are not that difficult, getting a good score is quite achievable.
i have not. but the college does not help in any internships. But the college surely keeps you updted about various courses and internship programs. There are many internships for a cse student but first you have to work as a unpaid intern and learn things , after that you can apply for paid internships and earn up to 20k per month(the pay is purely based on your skills)
the placement of this college is average. A student should have a cpga of 7.5 at least to appear in placements. If you are looking for a decent campus placement then you can go for this college but getting a really good one is impossible. last year 13 companies came to this college and only 46 students got placed out of 250. The average package was 8 lpa.
once you take admission the registration fees is 18k(one time). Per semester total fees is 100000 (95000 tuition and 5000 examination fees). There are total 8 semesters in btech cse so the total fees of the whole course is 800000(4yrs/8sems). There is no hidden fees except then this. Although there is a penalty of 2000 which is the reexamination fee per subject incase you fail in any exam. This college doesn't give any concessions in fees.
Life in the campus is really happening, There are a lot of places in college to wonder around with your mates. There are also plenty of fests at the college but they are not as lavish. The college have a dedicated library for every course and mostly all the necessary books are available there. Some of the classrooms in this college have ACS while other doesn't, I think the only criteria where this college should improve is classrooms. There are plenty of clubs in the college as well like hack club, IEEE, epoch, GDSC which are free to join and these clubs usually organize all the fests.
I am not a hosteller but the hostels in the campus are usually not allotted to the students who belong to Delhi ncr . Hostels are both ac and non ac and are very expensive. I would personally suggest to go for a pg or a flat on rent , this would be a better option. You can easily find a PG or rented flat within 500m of college in tuglaqabad extension. mostly all the student opt for this instead of a hostel. I am mentioning the hostel fees 100000 but that's very approx.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
