- The first thing i like about this college is its scholarship. Which make a great advantage for poor students
- faculties in our college were pretty good
Dislikes
- Most disliked thing in our college is its canteen . I think they make improvement in few months
- Network connection in our college is very bad, you can't even talk in calls clearly under the college
Remarks :
I have no other option rather than choosing this college . No there were such things like group discussion. You don't have to give any written test and interviews for admission. Just qualify the CGPET exam or JEE mains examination and go for online councelling rounds .
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties were good in our college as compared to other private colleges . The End semester Exam paper were designed by other faculties of the college . Marking System is very bad. There were total 3 exams you have to give per semester , first is your ct-1 , and then your end semester examination. Ct-1 and Ct-2 both were of 40 marks. the average marks of both is added to your main result . ESE is of 100 marks, Ct{(40+40)/2} 20 marks and teachers assesment is to 20 marks. Total marks were of 140 . There was a teachers names J.P Patra his teaching techniques is very good.
Internships Opportunities :
I am now in 2nd year so i don't have any internship . But i am sure that i can got internships in the next year . Mostly of our seniors of third year doing internships with a good amount of salary .
Placement Experience :
This year the seniors were got internships and also some were got placed. The criteria for sitting in interviews is 7.5 CGPA in college, A senior got placed at salary 5.5 lakh per annum in the TCS company. I am going to do M.tech after my B.tech degree completion
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
When you get into first year you have to pay total amount of rupees 105000 of the year. They also provide scholarship but not for general categories students, also if your parents were in government job then you are nit eligible for the scholarship. In first year I got total of rupees 96100 as scholarship (for OBC). And for ST SC the scholarship is rupees 100400. Now as moving to second year the total fees becomes rupees 101400 but the scholarship remains the same. The scholarship is avail by the cgpostmatric web site.
Campus Life :
The first event i enjoyed is our Freshers party something in the month of october, then they organize a technical fest in the month of februry where other college also comes with there innovations. The college is new so the library is very small and the range of books were very less. Maximum classes have smart board, projector , and speakers with mic, which makes teaching experience more innovative. They held many sports competition with other colleges like cricket, Khokho, kabbaddi ect. Yes there were many clubs like NSS, technical club , art club, innovative club etc.
Hostel Facilities :
Our college were opened in 2020 , So its aa new college and an under developed college , So there were no such things like hostel mess and hostel rooms in the college , Students were stay in PG near college .

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.

There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

Placement Experience :
From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
