The main factor of choosing the college was it was near located to my house. It took less time to reach there and if a student is preparing for a competitive exams like CA, CFA, CMA, etc. for him time is the most essential element.
I opted for Bcom (honours) because I was having a faithful interset in accounting and many more related to Bcom (Honours). Qualification of faculty is mostly are professors by their qualifications and some are not but the teaching methods is magnificent. Exams are conducted in a good period of time and the level of the exams are average or above average.
No, I'm in first year. In first year we don't get any internships. For internship there's is conduction that you must be in 3rd year or the final year of the college and the academic records should be well enough to be presented.
Eligibility criteria for placements is there should not be a backlog in any subject. And the average package of the college is 4-6LPA. And the highest package of the college has got is 12Lpa last year.
First year fees is 1,19,000 approx as the admission fees is also included. Later on, the fees gets deducted per year Like, 2nd years fees would be 90,000 approx 3rd year fees would be 80,000 approx and so on.... The toppers of the college gets beneficial scholarships.
The social life, clubs and infrastructure of the college can be considered as above average. Because college has magnificent faculty which is friendly to the students and the students also enjoys their company. Alongside, the freshers also get the supporting environment in the college.
College doesn't have hostel. The college IITM does not have hostel for students. But the questionnaire's question related to hostel is not letting me fill the 00.00 amount of the hostel so I had filled 500/-.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
