- What I like about the college is the campus life and the knowledge you get from your seniors is invaluable.
- Second thing I would say is that presence of multiple clubs which help students to get more confidence and ideas which they can work on and also getting exposure of the market
Dislikes
- May be attendance until third year we were mandated to maintain the 75pecent attendance in the semester
- I would no say it as problem but there was constant change in the faculty when I was in the last year as we were not attending the college but for the submission it was a problem because we had no idea who is our teacher which is going to take the submission but it was only for the one semester
Remarks :
There are no such things like group discussions, interviews , or written test but the college had quota for CET and JEE and also for management quota where CET exam is common entrance test for the students of Maharashtra or who are studying in Maharashtra 11th and 12th, JEE is for whole country. The scores of the CET were checked and ranking was provided to the students and then college were allotted to each student. If I talk about distribution of the seats then CET would take 70%, JEE would take 20% and rest of seats were for management. The cut-off for general in 2020 was 89 percentile.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was enrolled in the BE computer Engineering and all the professors which were our faculty were mostly PhDs and Masters so according to me faculties were good and qualified. Talking about exams there were 4 exams in total in one sem that is unit test which is conducted pn the college level no influence of university on these exams and rest of all exams like insem, endsem and practical exams where conducted by university and difficultly of these exams was medium
Internships Opportunities :
I did an online internship as software developer which unpaid I just did it for market exposure and I did three frontend projects in that internship in which all three projects were based on ReactJs framework but getting and internship is ans easy job if you have skills which are required for the development or any other field
Placement Experience :
There was not such criteria set by the College for the placements it was all decided by the companies which are visiting the campus but generally having 75+ percent In all academic years is enough to clear the criteria of each company except 1 or 2. The average package in the campus placement is around 4lpa and highest package on campus is 13-18lpa and off campus is 56lpa microsoft. Talking about my plans I am placed in sodales solutions as software developer so currently I don't have plans of masters.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So My total fees were 96,000 to 1,05,000 but I had an scholarship of EBC that is economically backward class in which the the tution fees were paid by the government and all other fees like student development fees, sports, cultural, gym, and others were need to be paid by me so around 48,000 were tuition fees which were reduced by the scholarship and rest of the fees around 58,000 need to be paid by me
Campus Life :
Sinhgad College has the biggest campus in the Pune district so campus was the plus point for the college and amazing social life. Availablity of books was pretty good as there were multiple shops which provided us with books and journals. Talking about sports there were multiple tournaments like inter-college and we can also represent our college in zonal levels. There are various clubs also which helps students to gain exposure like NSS, Ecell etc
Hostel Facilities :
No I wasn't in the hostel but my friends opted for the hostel and when I asked them the hostel fees it was 75000 for year in which food was included and WiFi and I lived in the own home so I cannot provide much information about the rooms and PGs around the college

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.
The Time I Had Spent in my College

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

Placement Experience :
The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.
An industry focused learning experience
Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat
Placement Experience :
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
