- College infrastructure is the best. About faculties,they have alot, tremendous knowledge, helping nature, good way of speaking, encouraging students and the faculties are very good human beings. Campus life is best, because there is all the greenery in campus, a lot of tress they have planted. We get the natures healthy air. Campus is totally secured place, for girls there is seperate hostel, for boys there is separate, there are no any quarrel happens in college campus betweens students. Campus is safe place for girls and boys also. They have canteen for the students, which have food items in affordable price. Campus is full of thoughts, cleanliness.
Dislikes
- There is nothing to dislike about college, faculty or campus. Everything is good and adorable.
Remarks :
The reason behind taking the admission in Tatyasaheb Kore institute of engineering and technology, Warananagar, kolhapur is they still have traditional method of teaching. They have experienced staff in all departments who have tremendous knowledge in their filed also and in another fields also. There are screens in class to teach the students on it by showing PPT and other but professors don't only shows the PPT, they explains it in the deepn, so we get all the knowledge about that topic or subject. This college, the professors not only supports in studies but also always supports other activities like sports, cultural, dancing. And many more. Mainly this college has a committee which works for students to get placed in companies. This college provide placement training for students for more than 1. 5 year and in very low cost which any student can pay.. It is under 5000 which is low than other institute. There are many best things to tell about college but here is words limitation.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because this department have the best staff which has tremendous knowledge in every subject not in the subject they teach. The staff is totally ground to earth, they always helps students even if students have any problem in personal life. Teaching method is top notch, they have traditional method of teaching. There are many faculty members who have completed their PHD in their filed. Faculties are like family to students and other department faculties are also good, friendly, helping with any department students, staff. Talking about exmas, they have very good patern of exam. Difficulty level is depend on how you study. Shivaji university make the exam papers which is made by discussing with team, exam cell. These exams helps to reach our goal, helps us to grow
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for the placement is given by the coming companies. For that student must have at least 60% in 10th, 12th or diploma, and engineering also. Students should speak good English, at least some good English so they can interact. Our institute focus on practical knowledge than these marks.TCS, wynum, TOYO, Karamtara, this companies comes regularly.There are many other companies which comes in our institute for the recruitment and they always talk about how knowledgeable our students are, and they give the credit also to our faculty members.Average package is from 3.5 lakh-4 lakh.The highest package till the date is 24 lakh PA. I would love to tell that percentage of getting placement is 96% to 100%.Our institute work hard to place the students in well known and hard working companies.From last 6 years E&TC department getting 100% placement which is remarkable achievement.My pla is to have a job which helps me to grow,learn new things and make my parents,institute proud.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college fees and hostel fees are seperate. Total is 96 thousands, 65000 is colleges fee and remaining 31 thousand is for hostelers. Development fees, tuition fees,stationary fees are included in college fees,there is no separate charge for this. Total college fees are different for different categories. For SC, ST category there are less fees for all. There are two scholarships for students, first is EBC, in which student have to fill the form for this scholarship, after that some amount of fees, government pays, and the second is for the students who stay in the hostel, away from the home. They have 20 thousands scholarship per year for per student.
Campus Life :
The institute takes annual gathering, many events under every department, they also celebrates all special day declared by government. They have special committee under every department which takes the minimum 12-16 events in a year. This committee is of students, in this all event's all department students participates. Mainly the institute takes the "National level project and poster competition". They mainly focus that the students from other institute from other States,district also should participate in our events and they should get chance too.Libray has big precious area which has alot books including studies and other,and libray provides researching books, for students. They have access to many systems which students can't afford but libray gives it for free.About sports I have mentioned in opinion of college question.There is NSS committee in institute,in which students goes in different villages and stay there and do all the help to peoples, they clears roads, social actives.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel mess is good. They provide good quality of food for students, menu is very good for the health for students. They mainly includes vegetables, there is sweet on 2 days in week. They also provide nonveg in 2 days in week for the student who loves to eat nonveg. There is no student who get harmed by mess food till the date. Mess allows unlimited food quantity for the student, so students can eat how much they want. Registration for hostel is easy, you need to take admission and fill the form. After the admission in hostel you can pay the fees by your choice,but at starting at least you have to lay 7 to 10 thousands. There is no need to pay all the fee at time of admission, students can pay the fees as they wish, till the semester ends which reduces the burden and tension from students and their parents. This method really helps to parents.

It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.
