A short review on MAHE
Likes
- The buildings and new and modern and are still under construction
- Each department gets their own building and we have multiple auditoriums and amphitheater for extra curricular activities
Dislikes
- The insets and mostiqoes that surround the places due the forest around
- The location of the university which is far from central banglore
Remarks :
Manipal university bangalore is a new institution but the emergency work and social doings from the campus brings in students to enroll. The courses and the education provided by each department is very informative and sourceful.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty share course plans I'm the start of every semester. Each course plan contains the portions and assignments to be covered for each semester. The due dates are provided in advance. The faculties provide all kinds of support and are very friendly towards students
Internships Opportunities :
Had worked as a volunteer for the volunteering assignment we had for semester 1. Opened up many future opportunities and helped us created a well know contact circles for our later works. The department evaluates your work and comes up with constructive criticisms.
Placement Experience :
For engineering department the department finds placement for the best of best students. The other departments have to find their way through but college will provide all kinds of support needed by the students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
20000 off from scholarships . Ie 15% and 20% detected from total yearly fees for Nri category and general category . For st and stc more financial aids and lower fees options are given to the students.
Campus Life :
The hostels are inside the campus and has alot of activities happening every week. Zolo hosts many events based of festivals or as stress breaks for students during exam time. The wardens and security is very friendly as well.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms allotment begins a month prior to classes beginning. Payment for 1 academic year is to be made. Their are 2 mess which are run by Chefs touch and Blue dove and money is taken per tap. The food and facilities are of great quality. Students are provided with marena for sports activities too

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
MSc Physics at Christ

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
