I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
