- The best thing in cet college is the fest. The annual fest hold for 3 days . And in the star night the famous star like Ankit Tiwari came and gave the best performance. Everyone enjoy the fest and everything conducted very successfully in each year.
- The faculty members are very helpful and helps in various situations in your academic problems. Every batch there some faculty advisor to resolve your personal doubt And the another good thing in the college is the smart class room .
Dislikes
- Dislike is that the infrastructure is not so good. But it gave a natural vibes in the campus . Wondering in night in the campus gave a pleasant experience. There is various good things present in the college so the dislike things is negligible
- Another dislike is the attendance is very strictly in the college. Below 75 attaandece you will not be able to attend the semister exam and you got back in that paper. In case of health issue you got a reduction of 10 percent i.e 65 percent
Remarks :
The college is 2nd best college in odisha . And the college is not so far from my house so I chose this college. No I did not face any group discussion or interview or test for addmission. You have to only verify your documents and according to your rank and nd choice of branch you got your branch.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I had not any intrest to join computer science or it or software related. I love to work on field work . Working with different electrical components gives me satisfaction. The overall teaching method in our college is good and the exam is very strictly in cet college. The difficulty level of our university is moderate to tough side.
Internships Opportunities :
College gave you 2 times or chance to do your intership . One is after 4th semister and another is after 6th semister. Around 1 month will be given to do your internship. According to your choice and knowledge you so your internship with the permission of college or respective branch
Placement Experience :
Various companies like TCS, INFOSIS, MARUTI SUZUKI, JK PAPER , MAHINDRA AND many more companies came to cet college. And the avg package of core branch is 6 laxs per anum and software branch is 9 to 11 laks per annum . Around 95 percent student got placement in cet. Highest package is 35 -38 laxs per annum.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Per year we have to pay 32400 for regular genaral category b tech students . For ssc courses the fees about to nearly 72000 yearly . The fees mentioned above is only for tution fees. For other semistar paper registration you have to pay additional 1000 rupees. And there are various scholarships available in cet. If you have got top 10 percent student in any branch then you got 10000 from college side and several state scholarship like e medha bruti Kalia scholarship is available in it.
Campus Life :
in cet college is there is evergreen surrounding . Life in cet college is quite good .there are various clubs like energy club, aerospace club, citadel club , zirza club are present . You will get a nice canteen in college campus and a sac area where small scale of cultural program hela in every week.
Hostel Facilities :
There are 2 hostel in cet. One is apj and another is rhr . In RHR hostel the food quality is excellent and every day there is different menu . This facility is same in apj. According to your jee main rank you got the hostel. There are various pg surrounding cet college.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

Placement Experience :
The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
