The main reasons to choose this college over any other college are their faculty being top class, infrastructure is too good, the outhouse projects and exposure you get is amazing, there are many internship and placement opportunities for the students available.
I chose computer engineering due to the high demand for it and also since its a core course and you can get into any specialised field through this, the faculties which teach us has past experience of over 10-15 years and great skillset and they help us and mentor us whenever required. The exam pattern is, 2 term tests in each semester, followed by the end semester exam. The term tests are on a moderate difficulty level, but one thing to be highlighted is, all the papers are set by AI, which is a plus point. So a mix of questions are asked in the exam which covers the entire syllabus
I got an internship through college itself in a startup based company which gave me a stipend of 10,000 per month and the duration was 2 months. A good number of companies visit the college in 2nd year itself to provide internships which is beneficial for the students
At the start of 4th year, the companies start visiting the college for placements, their criteria is 7.5 pointer or above students can apply for the placement, and other criteria depends on the companies which can vary, it can be skillset or major projects done, etc. Our college is known for their placements since more than 100 companies visit us. e.g. Deutsche bank, accenture, google, TCS, Wipro etc The packages vary from 5 lpa upto 40-45 lpa, 40-45lpa is once in a while for few exceptional students, large sector being in the 10-15 lpa range My plan is to sit for placement and get a job in a good company. I plan to get a ctc of around 12-13 lpa.

The campus life is amazing, our college has more than 20 clubs and committees, each of them being a mixture of tech and non tech, The main committee which organises college fest is Trinity, The fest generally happens in march, and its a once in a lifetime experience. So its good to not miss it
There’s no as such hostlet facility provided by the college, but since there are a bunch of colleges in vicinity since its a hotspot for colleges, there are PG’s available nearby only and also at affordable prices
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
