- The first thing which i dislike about mu college infrastructure is the fans because of which it is very difficult for us in the summer
- The second thing i dislike about my college is it dont have any field fir sports
Remarks :
There are many factors that made me choose this course BA LLB like one of the major factor is the Duration of this course which is 5 yrs and for that it is saving my 2 years and also it is a professional degree so this are some of the major factor that made me choose this course , yes we face written test for admission in this prestigious college and mlre than 600 students appear it for 120 seats and i am lucky that i got the admission in this college
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our course curriculum is well set we have regular classes in our college and our faculty members are also very good in their respective subjects they are always there to help us out from any academic difficulties and provide us great knowledge about the world .
Internships Opportunities :
No Don't opted for any internships till now as i am in my first semester only and the internship programs in our college started after 8th semester so , till now i have not opted for any internship programs but i will surely apply for it after the complition of my 8th semester.
Placement Experience :
There is no placements and internships programs in pur college till now we are just going to get a degre form the college ,and after which we can apply for the license for practicing in the court for start earning.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees of our college yearly is 35600 yearly which is divided in to two terms and we have to paid a amount of 17800 after every six months and currently in our we are not getting any scholarships our admission fees for six months is 13000 and tution fees is 2000 and campus development fee is 1500, union fees is 500 ,library fee is 500 and festival fees is 300 so after adding all this the total fees of us for six months is 17800.
Campus Life :
If i have to say about my campus and social life i would say that overall it is good our campus provide us lot of facilities like canteens ,moot court, libray , and many more things are there and about the social life is is also good there are a lot of programs in our college which creates a happy environment in the college
Hostel Facilities :
No i dont opted for hostel as we have no hostels in our college so we cant opt for hostels and for which we have to stays in paying guests and room rent but there are discussions going on in our college about making hostels

Good-moderate faculty but maintenance of every other thing is very much not on time The authority doesn’t seem to be concerned about the students and delays every work and at the last moment you will be running around .

Dream Campus, Not-So-Dream Jobs
Placement Experience :
There are teachers under which u can work and later they can surely help u land a intership, happened with one of my friend. But as of now department dont directly provide u internship. I dont wanna say vague or old numbers about average or highest placement data, so wont comment on it but overall its not that great but there are exceptions, like there are some brilliant minds who lands an enormous off campus placement.(My 2 seniors who r out of india right now) Last year Bharat electronics BHEL came and took 8 seniors for 13lpa package, some banking companies and TCs comes too. My plans after my degree is to get a job in electronic domain while also focusing on my photography and editing Passion Check my work on insta sodaa.edits
My life in B.Borooah College as a science student
Placement Experience :
Placements At B. Borooah College for a BSc Forget it. There's no placement scene like you hear about. No companies come for recruitment drives. The so-called placement cell just puts up notices for government job ads or maybe a local pharmacy needing a helper. I've never seen a single big name visit campus to hire BSc grads. So there's no list of recruiters, no number of offers, and definitely no talk of high packages. Zero students get placed from here in that way. The plan after the degree is everything. For me, it's going for an MSc. For others, it's preparing for government exams, doing B.Ed., or applying to labs and hospitals directly. This college gives you the valid degree, the ticket to sit for other exams or apply further. It doesn't get you a job. It makes you eligible to go find one yourself. Your future is 100% in your own hands after you walk out.

There are 100% internship in Bsc agriculture are also good the average packages 3 to 4 LPA the highest package is 12 LPA percentage of students getting placements are about 70 - 80% the eligibility criteria depends upon the performance of the student on its practical work and its CGPA

Placement Experience :
The ratio of placement and job is very poor, this is a college of general degree course, so after passing B.Sc., B.Sc. one does not get a job directly, in future one has to do Masters degree, PhD.But data from the last three/four year revealed that students did get jobs in SBI and some other organization, but the percentage was very low.That is why most of the students after completing normal graduation take admission in courses like Masters and BEd, Deled.And my plan in future is to do Masters from IIT or IISER, after that I want to do PhD.

Life as a BTech Student at IIT guwahati
Placement Experience :
there is a CPI criteria of around 6 to sit for placements. The highest packages for bachelors can go up to 1.5cr. Companies in coding include Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Ola, Uber, finance companies like JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and many more. Highest paying companies are AlphaGrep, Quadeye, JaneStreet but that is very competitive with only people with the best results and from CS getting in. Many people also receive preplacement offers after internships. There are also many companies that visit for product management roles like Ola, Meesho etc. The placement process for Design students is separate. There are also core companies like Texas instruments, that visit.

I choose this course because I am interested in learning coding and I want to seek my future in this line. I am finding some difficulties in understanding the subjects and topics but I believe it is because I am new to this field and new to everything.
