- Follows CSVTU syllabus and exams as it's the university it comes under .
- Doesn't have any hostel facility and the mess area is also small , so you don't get enough room in the lunch .
Remarks :
There are two ways you can get into this college first one is through CGPET and other one is JEE MAINS , and you are only eligible if you are from Chhattisgarh , rank of CGPET for this college falls from 1-5000 depending on branch and category.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties are well educated and wise in terms of their respective subjects you can always ask them for help if you need , way of teaching is kind of syllabus oriented , exams pop up randomly after 4 months , sometimes it will be after 5 months sometimes even 6 months depends on the university .
Internships Opportunities :
I have done internship from INTERNSHALA just for the sake of certificate , you can go for CSPDCL , RAILWAY, BSP , AND ULTRATECH ETC. no other options available all are unpaid and you have to pay for your transportation and accommodation.
Placement Experience :
Very few people are getting placed here , the companies don't want to hire students for CHHATTISGARH OR MAINLY FROM CSVTU , so go for different university if you can . Now , if we see the average package here is even lower than 3 lpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fees you will be submitting is 19890 rupees , which includes 18000 tution fees and 1890 will be admission fees which varies on different year , there will be different scholarships if you come under reserved category (obc/sc/st) like post metric , tution fee waiver etc , in post metric you'll get around 20000 if you are eligible and interested tuition fees waiver 18000.
Campus Life :
Campus is very big and you'll get a lot of facilities , you can play football, cricket , basketball, tennis, badminton and boardgames, a lot of clubs like for cultural activities and others , the library has limited books but you can find all syllabus related books here .
Hostel Facilities :
No hostel facility available here , however you can opt for PGs outside , a lot of good and bad things about pgs here so do a background check before giving the caution money . Also try different message foods and select which one suits your taste and also consider the timings.

Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.
