- Campus and Infrastructure: The campus and infrastructure are not well-maintained, which can affect the overall learning environment.
- Lack of Extracurricular Activities: The college does not offer sufficient extracurricular opportunities, limiting students' overall development beyond academics.
Remarks :
Good thing about the college is their faculty and bad thing is there are very less co curricular activities First you have to clear college entrance exam which is in the form of mcq.Then if you get selected you have to appear in gd round in which one topic is given and you have to fight for or against for it . After it pi round begins where professor ask questions I prepared for gd by learning how to open and close the discussion and how should you put your points in front of the panel through some youtube videos
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because i wanted to learn about marketing and wanted to enhance my confidence by giving presentations and debate Teachers are very qualified no doubt and their teaching style is also effective Their are 6 semester and easy to moderate until 3 semester
Internships Opportunities :
No internship is not for 1st year and 2nd year students They can do from outside We were once offered with one internship that was from Suze company . We have to do surveys for them and the surveys were about water connection
Placement Experience :
We do have campus placement for 3rd year students and the criteria is passing marks Internship is also available in our college I have thought of pursuing my studies futher .Want to crack of of the IIMs and do Mba from there
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fees is 25000 for subsidised seat . Tution fee is 25000 and registration fee was 850 at my time for every exam and it is for cbse board and for hp board it is 400 . Registration fees for entrance is maybe 850 or 1150 and for non subsidised it is 60000
Campus Life :
There are no fest done till now.But you can attend any Hpu fest and take participation in them Only academic books are available at library Classroom amenities are not so good No sports and extracurricular activities Their is one social group Rotaract club of UCBS and their website
Hostel Facilities :
We dont have hostel. Hostels are for post graduates . Undergraduate do not have any facilities of hostel. But Hpu main campus surely have hostels in there for different departments . I have rented Pg near busstand it is close to my college

Placements are decent. Eligibility is typically at CGPA 6.0 or higher. Recruiters include TCS, Infosys ,Oracle, Wellsfargo etc.Highest package this year reached around 3 crores per annum as it was a foreign offer.

I choose ba as I needed a bachelors degree to pursue llb . All the faculty members are highly qualified and well educated and every teacher has their own teaching method. The exams are conducted annually for BA which is not very difficult

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs

The placement opportunities are given by institute. There is a placement committee. A few visited recruiters are ICICI,HDFC, DE Shaw, Deloitte, EY, etc. the average package of IIM sirmaur ranges around 14-15 LPA. All students get placed and is supported by institute.
