Remarks :
Good and competitive environment There were a test called cgpet a pre engineering test held by the state for government to get into most of the technical colleges in Chhattisgarh and after you pass the test you have to set in the counselling session and then you'll get in which college you'll be in based on your marks and quota
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties in bhilai Institute of Technology durg are one of the best ones in Chhattisgarh after the iits and nits they are so focus on studies and be strict if you don't studies ig every teacher would do so and curriculum is good too
Internships Opportunities :
The internship works exactly the same as the placement system but in internship everyone can have one internship and ahving a good cgpa will help to get the internship mush faster and a batter one as desired but if you don't have good cgpa you'll still can find yourself a internship. several internship opportunities
Placement Experience :
The system of placement are so welll structured that almost everyone here gets a jog at last. Around 25-28 students among 30 gets placement every year. But if you're expecting placement from in-campus then you have to study hard and get at least 7.5 cgpa or above
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Approximately 39,000 per semester for b.tech and there are 2 semesters in 1 year that means approximately 38,000 rupays per year which is quite expensive for students of Chhattisgarh there are some differentfee structurefor lateral entries but that can be ignored like 500 to 1000 rupee more .
Campus Life :
Everyone are so friendly and helpful Clubs are only for 2nd to 4th year students Infrastructure is good, the 1st year are not allowed to interaction with their Seniors just for a precaution to avoid ragging and all

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
