Remarks :
First and the foremost the brand name. As it is an IIM and has got very nice placement record. Other factor is i wanted to pursue a career in marketing and IIM Raipur is well known for it. It came under CAP process and gd was not there. PI is an easy one just you should know your profile better to get in. Also make sure you are ready for the rigour if you are entering into an IIM.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is a bit rigorous but that what makes us prepared to be on the top management. Projects and practical knowledge is also provided which helps us to gain knowledge about how market is going and what are the trends that needs to be followed. Faculties are highly trained and can help in various fields. Exam and quizes are of high level so to teat your knowledge about the subject.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship at iim Raipur are very good related to other campuses. Companies are providing very nice packages but it can be better. Its offering all the roles related to finance, marketing, operations and prodx.
Placement Experience :
As it is an IIM, we don’t need to think about placements. The companies that are coming in the college are all multinational And good companies and students are getting very nice opportunities to learn. Even final placements are getting better and students are getting placed in nicee companies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Every trimester the fees is around 3,06,190 which may vary. Scholarship was also provided to the eligible students of the batch according to the income and various other differentiating factors. Scholarship ranged around 10-25% of the fees.
Campus Life :
In total we have 24 clubs and committees, where selection criteria goes through an series of tasks, GD and interviews. Sports facilities are also very nice. It is the only campus to have its own swimming pool.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel and mess fees is included in our fees. We can rate the food 3 out of 5, but here chicken is really good, maybe 5 out of 5. Also hostel food is clean and it has variety. Breakfast is best, all the North Indian and South Indian food are available.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.

There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

Placement Experience :
From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
