my love and hate for this college
Likes
- some college faculty are so good and friendly but there are some professors they are too rude and some lab faculty are too supportive but some are too overconfident and too rude they don’t talk with any body to show their anger and attitude
- campus , college are really too good there is very good environment nice garden nice walk in place nice class rooms nice facilities for students and they have water filters
Dislikes
- i don’t like the time limit for hostelers they don’t allow to go out side of hostel not the campus
- i don’t like the sport culture, there is no such individual football and cricket ground don’t have indoor badminton and basketball court
Remarks :
good- Environment is best for studying and tech culture is great here Bad-campus is too short and examination culture is very bad campus have no individual cricket ground campus have no football ground no basketball court in indoor stadium no indoor stadium for badminton mess food is over priced
Course Curriculum Overview :
faculties are really good but some professors are really rude there are many lab faculty are really good but some overconfident lab faculty are too toxic and rude faculty are not coming in time some faculty are not good for us computer lab faculty is very bad
Internships Opportunities :
no not yet because i am in 1st year so there is no internship facilities for 1st year students there is a minimum chance to get internship at any company it’s your responsibility then not college.
Placement Experience :
placement cell is too good but this year there is not such placement is done till now there are some companies are gave high package but some companies came here for mass recruitment bit these packages are really not good
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
per sem they took 1350000 hostel12000 and other expenses are minimal. but they took every penny for some reason but don’t do anything like that as much as required but they took a little high much price every sem for computer lab but they don’t gave that not much
Campus Life :
campus is too short but here the cultural programs are best i had ever seen tech culture and tech fest is rellay too god
Hostel Facilities :
hostel is best but the mess food is worse i have ever seen in mess food there is no clean food not clean environment not clean plate not healthy food they serve too much price of other food that give in mess

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
